What is a Life Care Plan?
A life care plan uses recommendations from medical providers, medical records, and evidence-based guidelines to create a detailed plan for the catastrophically injured, non-catastropically inured or chronically ill. The plan details a comprehensive objective estimate (in present-day value) of an individual’s medical and non-medical needs throughout their lifetime based on specific injuries or illnesses sustained.
